Inside the Trust Score

How the Weights Split

How your account is handled35%
Getting the order done25%
Pricing transparency15%
Verified customer feedback15%
Support responsiveness10%

Account handling carries the heaviest weight because the two failure modes are nowhere near the same size: a slow order costs you a weekend of waiting, while a sloppy handoff of your credentials can cost you the account behind it. We would sooner flag a service that is average on turnaround than one that is casual about who holds your login. — see how the weighting works.

How to Read the Number

98Excellent score, 90–100. Book it without hedging.
84Good score, 75–89. Solid, with caveats worth reading first.
67Fair score, 60–74. Workable once you know what you are trading away.
42Poor score, below 60. Not a service we would hand an account to.
Real paid orders. 328 orders across 78 services, our own money.
Safety review. Who can see your login, whether sessions run hidden, and which country the connection is routed through.
Price monitoring. Re-quoting identical orders each month to see which figure reaches the payment screen.
Review verification. Public feedback read as a distribution, with coordinated posting bursts discounted.

Buyer Questions

How does a service end up with the Trust Score we print?

Five inputs with fixed weights, applied identically to all 78 services we cover. How your account is handled carries 35%, getting the order done 25%, pricing transparency 15%, verified customer feedback 15%, support responsiveness 10%. The sum drops into one of four bands - 90 to 100 reads Excellent, 75 to 89 Good, 60 to 74 Fair, anything below 60 Poor. Weights stay put between audits, so a service that slips on account handling cannot be rescued by a fast support desk.

If I buy through a service instead of a marketplace, what changes for me?

On a marketplace you are choosing an individual seller and taking on their habits along with their price: their screening, their working hours, their private idea of what counts as discreet. A service owns its roster, so the operational hygiene we score belongs to the company, and a careless agent becomes a staffing question for them before it becomes a problem for your account. Across our logs the widest spread between listings and companies sits in exactly that first input. It is also why the highest-ranked service in our table got there on login handling long before it got there on turnaround.

Does anyone pay to sit higher in the table?

No, and it is a claim you can check for yourself. Weights and inputs are published in full, so any score here can be recomputed by hand from the methodology page, and a brand that had bought its way up would show arithmetic that no longer agrees with those published inputs. Some outbound links carry affiliate commission, disclosed on every page that has one, at a rate that does not move with rank. Paying us more buys nothing.

Where do the scores actually come from?

From 328 orders paid for out of the editorial budget, and from the notes kept while each one ran: when work began, when it closed, whether the delivered result matched what the checkout had promised. Public review scores do get read, but they enter through the verified-feedback input at 15%, and only where a purchase can be traced to the account writing. A page of glowing text with no order behind it moves the number by nothing. The last full pass closed on July 12, 2026, and the run repeats monthly.
