Using BoostersReviews: Terms of Service

What follows are the conditions attached to boostersreviews.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). They take effect the moment a page loads for you. Readers unwilling to be bound by them should go elsewhere instead.

1. What This Site Is

Boosters Reviews publishes independent editorial coverage of game boosting services: reviews, comparative rankings, price data and guides. That is the whole business - we neither offer nor resell boosting, we do not broker orders, and any purchase you make from a listed service happens entirely outside this site.

2. Reviews, Not Recommendations

Everything published on these pages is judgment rather than certified fact: the marks we award, the order we place services in, the sums we quote and the advice we write all come out of testing and desk work done before publication. Treat it as background. Because the market keeps moving, nothing is warranted to be correct, current or complete, and no sentence here amounts to legal, financial or professional counsel.

3. Third Parties

We review third-party services and link out to them, but we do not own, run or control any of them. Placing an order creates an agreement that binds you and the seller only - its own terms, pricing and policies govern the purchase. The actions, availability, products and content of third parties are outside our responsibility.

Note that boosting is generally against game publishers' terms of service and can have consequences for your account. Before ordering from any listed service - including the top-rated ones - the decision and the risk are yours alone.

4. Rules of Use

• Bulk copying, scraping or reposting our material elsewhere needs our permission first.
• Interfering with the site or the servers behind it, by flooding, probing or any similar means, is off limits.
• Claiming to be us, or dressing up our name or our pages as an endorsement, is not allowed.
• Correction requests must be genuine, and invented evidence is not welcome.

5. Trademarks and Ownership

Original material on the site - writing, scores, structure, design - is our property. Brief excerpts may be quoted with a link to the source page. Any game titles, service names or logos shown belong to their respective trademark owners and appear only for identification; no affiliation with or endorsement by any publisher or boosting service is implied for boostersreviews.com.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Use of the site happens on an “as available” and “as is” footing. Every warranty that might otherwise apply, express or implied, is disclaimed - accuracy, suitability for any given purpose, non-infringement - and no undertaking is given that pages will always load or always behave.

7. Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages connected to the site or to any purchase from a third-party service you found through it - lost game accounts, bans, lost data and lost profits included. If some liability cannot legally be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us for the site: nothing.

8. Updates to This Page

Amendments are possible at any point. The wording published here, together with the date it took effect, is authoritative, and further use of the site after an amendment counts as acceptance of it.
